OUR NEXT TRAVEL CLUB YEAR WILL COMMENCE ON 1 APRIL 2024 AND CONCLUDE ON 31 MARCH 2025

​

Out & About Day Tours offers you the opportunity to become either a Full or Associate Travel Club Member.  Travel Club members receive certain benefits and advantages. These benefits and advantages are outlined and explained below.

BENEFITS OF BEING A FULL TRAVEL CLUB MEMBER

• You will receive at least two mail-outs in each twelve month period in which you are a financial member, and

• You will pay the special discounted Travel Club Member tour price for each of the tours operating during the year in which you are a financial member.

BENEFIT OF BEING AN ASSOCIATE TRAVEL CLUB MEMBER

• You will pay the special discounted Travel Club Member tour price for each of the tours operating during the year in which you are a financial member, but you will not receive the twice yearly mail-out.

TRAVEL CLUB MEMBERSHIP FEES

• Full Travel Club Membership - $15.00 per person, per membership year.

• Associate Travel Club Membership - $10.00 per person, per membership year.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• You will only be regarded as a Travel Club Member provided you have paid the applicable annual Membership fee.

• Only a Full Travel Club Member will receive the bi-annual mail-out.

• Only Travel Club Members are eligible to pay the discounted tour price for each tour.

• You can only become an Associate Travel Club Member provided your name is included on the Application Form by a person joining as a Full Travel Club Member.

• If you are an Associate Travel Club Member, you will only be eligible to pay the discounted tour price, provided you are included in the booking of a Full Travel Club Member.

• If there are non-Travel Club Members included in your booking, you will be required to pay the higher tour price for each of these people. To avoid having to pay the higher tour price, they, too, are welcome to become either Full or Associate Travel Club members, which will allow them to enjoy the benefits, accordingly.

• The Membership year commences on 1 April 2024 and concludes on 31 March 2025. Members joining at anytime in this twelve month period are required to pay the full annual Membership fee. No discount will be offered to people who leave joining the Travel Club to a later time in the Membership year.

So, to receive the maximum benefit for your Membership fee, it is advisable that you join by the 1st of April 2024.
